Итак, 4 годами ранее мы с супругом взяли ипотеку (5млн. руб. брали эту суму потому что надеялись, что наши совместные доходы возрастут). 4 года мы платили всё чётко по графику. И вот наконец пришло долгожданное время, когда доходы и у меня, и у супруга выросли, притом резко. Мы решили, что нужно побыстрее решить проблемы с кредитом и жить, как говорится спокойно. Отложили Н-ую сумму + помогли родственники и собрались выплачивать досрочно, но не тут-то было…Придя в банк, нас обрадовали, что за досрочные погашения мы обязаны заплатить банку комиссию в размере 7% (от 5 млн. руб это 350тыс руб, т.е. сумма не маленькая).
Вот теперь и думаем а стоит ли выплачивать заранее? Да, с одной стороны, несмотря на штраф, мы выиграем по процентам, но всё-таки я считаю, что это наглость брать деньги за досрочное погашение. Но мы сами виноваты, не внимательно читали договор… В общем ситуация как в анекдоте: Фразу “Нужен кредит? Нет проблем!”, нужно читать так “Нет проблем? Возьми кредит!”  А мораль сей басни такова: 1)Ипотека это зло, не связывайтесь с ней, если нет крайней необходимости(проверено на своём опыте). 2)Внимательнее нужно читать договоры…
